Construction Graduate
Due to continuous growth and contract awards, we sought a Construction Graduate to help deliver current and future projects in the UK and Ireland. Working alongside senior members of staff, the role ensures that multiple mechanical projects are delivered to the required standards, on budget, on time and to the client's requirements, on projects ranging in value between £20,000 and £800,000.
Responsibilities
- Planning pre-installation activities
- Attending site meetings prior to the installation
- Managing the relationship with the client
- Producing as-installed drawings
- Coordinating with suppliers so materials and equipment arrive on site for the efficient execution of works
- Communicating project progress with the project team and directors
- Problem solving while installations take place
- Creating and completing O&M manuals
Experience
- Construction-related degree or equivalent
- Technically minded with a good understanding of building and mechanical installations
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and AutoCAD
