Main contractor appointment at Downshire Hospital
Devlin Mechanical were appointed as main contractor by the South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust to decommission and remove an existing boiler and install a new 3MW boiler at Downshire Hospital, Downpatrick, providing building, mechanical and electrical works.

We were awarded the mechanical services installation contract for the new sports hall, including plumbing, heating and ventilation for changing rooms and shower blocks, plus refurbishment of part of the existing school.

Works under way at the Mater and Waterside hospitals
At the Mater Hospital, Belfast, we began refurbishing part of the Dorrian Building into a new education suite. At Waterside Hospital, Derry, we started refurbishing two wards with anti-ligature sanitaryware and ventilation grilles.
